Part 1 of this 4-Day Workshop introduces participants to the mathematical side of Six Sigma as well as detail around the framework so that they can successfully lead Continuous Improvement Projects. The Six Sigma Green Belt Workshop focuses on providing participants with an understanding of the various Six Sigma tools and techniques useful to improve the business processes and minimise errors in the product or service with a greater focus on the practical implementation of these tool and techniques in their business.
